TENDER FOR THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF ABLUTION BLOCK AND ASSOCIATED WORKS AT SABATIA TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL COLLEGE.

1. Sabatia Technical Vocational College invites sealed tenders for the proposed construction of ablution block and Associated works
2.  Tendering will be conducted under open tendering method open national competitive method using a standardized tender document but reserved for Youth, Women and People Living with Disablity
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 0800 hours to 1700 hours at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fees of Ksh. 1,000 ) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(Sabatiatvc.ac.ke/)
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (Sabatiatvc.ac.ke) Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to (sabatitvc@gmail.com) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge
7. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 30 days fromthe date of opening of tenders.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a dully signed “Tender-Securing Declaration,” form
9. TheTenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Wednesday 15th May, 2024 at 1200 noon. Electronic Tenders will not bepermitted.
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
12. Late tenders will be rejected.
