The significance of quality assurance (QA) has become paramount for institutions wishing to maintain relevance in the contemporary Information Society. At Sabatia TVC, we have consistently prioritized the integration of QA throughout all phases of planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of our programs. We have actively engaged a diverse array of stakeholders—including trainees, trainers, support staff, and employers—in our internal QA processes at both institutional and program levels. A primary objective of ours is to ensure that trainees achieve the requisite training and learning outcomes sought by industry and external examining bodies. To facilitate this, we uphold rigorous standards in our training and internal assessment methods, supported by valuable feedback from stakeholders.
The Internal Quality Assurance Office (IQAO), tasked with the formulation, implementation, and review of internal QA policies and procedures, is dedicated to collaborating closely with all stakeholders to foster the continuous enhancement of the quality of our training programs. This office will consistently fulfill its role in bolstering the integrity of our training and assessment processes
